This past weekend my husband and I decided to take off to see what we thought would probably be the last weekend to see the peak of the autumn color here in the North Georgia mountains. So we decided to head up to Blairsville, Georgia. Come on along with us!! It was a beautiful autumn day! All of these photos were taken from inside my car as we drive along the way. I have to say that this autumn that Georgia was just bursting with beautiful breathtaking color!!
There's a ton of pictures so you may want to go grab a cup of coffee, tea or a Diet Coke and settle in for a while!

Ready to head back?
Well, the sun is getting in our eyes now, so we will see how many more photos we can get!
Recognize this?
The old Lumpkin County Courthouse in Dahlonega, Georgia.
While we were there, I did get a couple of more photos....again, all from my car!
And for my friends who love to see the old homes with the big porches and gingerbread trims, here is an old house that is now a business.
That's all friends! I hope you enjoyed the trip! I never bore of our beautiful area here in Northeast Georgia. I hope I didn't bore you to death!!
Have a wonderful weekend friends!
Lots of Love,
Barbara
